Formats, privacy and practical limits

Each input is limited to 20 MB and 16 megapixels. Batches support up to 12 images and 50 MB combined input. Output is limited to 16 megapixels. Background masks use a maximum 1,600-pixel longest edge; AI upscaling accepts up to 512 × 512 pixels and produces a genuine 2× result. These safeguards cannot guarantee that every device has enough memory.

Frequently asked questions

Can this convert HEIC on every browser?

No. HEIC decoding is attempted locally and depends on the browser and device. If unavailable, export JPEG/PNG in your device Photos app first. No image is sent to a remote converter.

Can I export AVIF?

AVIF output is not enabled because a reliable bundled encoder has not been added. AVIF input works when the browser can decode it.

What happens to orientation and metadata?

The browser applies EXIF orientation during decoding. Pixel exports discard original metadata, including location metadata; check orientation and colour in the result.

Is it free, and do I need an account?

All tools are free, without accounts, watermarks or subscriptions. Advertising remains inactive in this release.
