Sign PDF online for free

Place a typed, drawn or uploaded electronic signature on a page.

Choose a file to begin. Maximum 300 PDF pages; rendering is limited to 100 pages.

How to use Sign PDF

  1. Choose valid PDF files from your device.
  2. Type your name, draw a signature or upload a PNG/JPEG. Set page ranges, position and image width. An uploaded image takes precedence over a drawing and typed text. Page numbers start at 1.
  3. Select Create result, wait for processing, then download and inspect the output.

Formats and privacy

PDF input is validated by its file signature and parser. This tool runs in your browser. Document contents are not uploaded to MyDocverter or sent to a conversion service. Standard hosting access logs can still record page visits and IP addresses.

Frequently asked questions

Is this free?

Yes. No account, payment or subscription is needed.

Why was my file rejected?

Encrypted, malformed or oversized files may not be supported. The job limit is 50 MB and 300 PDF pages; rendering is limited to 100 pages to reduce browser memory use. These are resource safeguards.

Will the result preserve everything?

This is an electronic signature image, not a certificate-based digital signature. Rewriting signed documents can invalidate their signatures. Check the final file before sharing.
